Jim Chambers, CPA/PFS

As a CPA and Financial advisor, Jim can offer strategic insight, tax planning, financial reporting, and wealth management for individuals and businesses. With a wealth of experience, Jim aims to ensure compliance, optimize financial outcomes, and promote long-term financial security through personalized service.

Jim graduated from Cal Poly State University – San Luis Obispo in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting Concentration. In 1989 Jim and Michael Butcher, CPA co-founded Butcher & Chambers, CPAs in Arroyo Grande, CA. They sold the firm in January of 2003 and the new solo firm James C. Chambers, CPA PC was incorporated in 2005.  

Jim is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants including the Personal Financial Planning, Private Companies and Tax sections, as well as the Financial Literacy Program through the California Society.
